Our Mattress Guarantee/Policies

Our Mattress Guarantee is Simple:

We want you to make your purchase with confidence and we are aware that even after making a careful selection sometimes people need a different level of comfort. Should you wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for up to 14 days after delivery and only a 25% restocking fee. Please be aware a difference in lower priced models is non-refundable, also an increase in price requires payment for the price difference; additionally exchange is limited to one per customer and the mattress must be of the same size. Please spend a few days getting used to your new mattress before we process an exchange that way you can know for sure you’re making the right decision. Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment we will exchange it right away for you at no charge just make note of the damage on the shipper’s receipt and give us a call so we can assist you.

Mattress Order Cancellation/Return Policy:

Fourteen (14) day return policy. Buyer may return products within 14 days with a 25% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product must be in new condition and in original packaging. Upon bestfurnituredeals.com inspection returned products will be issued a refund. Most orders can be canceled anytime prior to delivery – orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing an order without any fees; orders after 48 hours that can be prevented from shipping will only be charged a 2% processing fee. Any orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to an additional 25% restocking fee and any actual incurred shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately, so we can make arrangements for a return or replacement at no cost to you. Please be aware that all products come without the manufacturer’s warranty. Any potential problem related to a defect will be handled in the 14 day trial period. We will be glad to assist you with any additional concerns you may have.
